are you ready
ready to receive
to take it in
to let it roll
through all your cells
restoring your blueprint
letting all that you are not go

a wave of restoring particles
is coming our way
that’s one part
the other part is you and me
taking it in and letting it do it’s work
anchoring the new world
breathing in, opening
breathing out, letting the old go

even if you are taken by surprise
let it be a pleasant one
in a split second you may know or decide
I am in my core being
in trust I navigate this wave
it is part of what I came to do
I am at the eye of the storm
that washes away the old
and brings in the new
which is what always was and will be
the everlasting life-force
