There are plenty of fish in the sea
but a fish, that ain’t me
I’m a green sea turtle, a herbivore
but this world doesn’t want to see that
it sees an other fish, a shark or a pet
even though I might play along
and sometimes don’t know where I belong
I am not a fish, I am an other species, a reptile
we just share the same waters, a part of life’s quarters
I might grow slow, but I am carried and fed by the timeless ocean
I was here before your shit hit the fan and will be here when things are settled
I may tolerate you or even invite you to come closer and show my friendly self
but if you want to violate my sacred space and want to take what you think is yours
you will meet my armoured self and have a taste of my mean biting jaws
all just to protect my gentile inner being, wanting peace and tranquillity
So, what are we here for, where do we come from and where are we going?
life is for living, to protect and be giving, to express and explore
if you want to take and control, divide and conquer
you should think twice and ponder
you will meet those who are whole and one
who can be nothing and no one
so they can be agents of the all and mighty
the one force that is expressing all that naturally exists
there are no mister Smith’s, not in the one domain
where everyone is equal but not the same
there is no need to fight and conquer
but what you don’t understand you don’t see
we will show you your limitations
and offer you equal opportunities
our love is without limitations
so is our righteousness
with which we protect life
that is for living
freely
